Sheet metal cutting and bending

Cutting

Pressing is one of the many processes CASPLE offers its customers in order to produce parts with sheets of steel, aluminium or stainless steel. For more than four decades, we’ve been dedicated to manufacturing prototypes and small, medium and large series of parts which has given us the experience required to maintain and enhance classic cutting and bending processes and then apply them intelligently based on our customers’ needs.

Depending on the characteristics of the parts to be manufactured and the specific needs, we select the most adequate cutting technology to meet all the quality requirements and always at the best price and in the shortest time.

2D Laser

We’re capable of producing parts based on developments cut using laser technology. What’s more, we can offer this type of cutting for any ferrous material, aluminium, brass, etc. in thicknesses of up to 20 mm with a high-quality finish.

3D Laser

This technology allows us to make precise cuts in pre-bent or drawn parts with immense precision and modest investments in tooling. One major advantage of this technology is being able to manufacture different versions of a single product without increasing the investment in tooling. We have got a fibre machine that is capable of cutting aluminium, carbon steel, high elastic limit steel, pre-tempered steel, stainless steel, etc. up to 4 mm thick.

Guillotine and Punching Machines

For more conventional cutting work, we use a CNC guillotine, cutting and punching process to minimise the costs without compromising on quality.

Bending

We’ve got CNC bending machines and a large set of interchangeable tools to offer an extensive range of part bending options without needing investments in tooling. We can bend steel, stainless steel and aluminium parts with thicknesses of up to 15 mm and lengths of more than 2,000 mm. These types of processes also allow for quick changes in part geometry in order to offer great flexibility in engineering and be able to produce different versions of a single product with immense agility.

Machining

Drilling, reaming, boring and even 2D and 3D machining are other auxiliary processes we offer to provide integrated solutions for any need. These processes make it possible to comply with very closely-defined manufacturing tolerances, something that wouldn’t be possible with just stamping, sheet metal bending and/or welding.
